To celebrate the bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln's birth, RWD and the Library of Congress will open an exhibition on February 12, 2009, featuring the 16th President's most significant speeches and writings.
RWD and the Virginia Center for Architecture announce the opening of Italian Dressing: Palladio and American Classicism, on display through October 5, 2008. Andrea Palladio's ideas remain heavily influential to architects today, 500 years after the first publishing of his revolutionary books.
Riggs Ward is designing new interpretive and interactive exhibits, along with a reception and gift shop area to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Foundation for Historic Christ Church. The colonial Anglican Church, completed in 1735, is a National Historic Landmark located in Lancaster County, Virginia.

The University of Virginia and Riggs Ward's newest exhibition, On the Map, is open now through January 2009 in the Harrison Institute's main gallery space. The rare and historic North American Maps displayed are provided from the collection of Dr. Seymour I. Schwartz.
Riggs Ward is proud to announce the grand opening of Exploring the Early Americas, an exhibition featuring the Jay I. Kislak Collection at the Library of Congress. Over 3,000 artifacts, paintings, rare maps, documents, and prints comprise the collection, which examines the rich history and cultural interactions that shaped the Americas.
